Yin Yoga Workshop

Join Melissa for this passive practice. Yin Yoga focuses on longer held poses, mostly seated or reclined, to give the body time and space to open more deeply accessing the deeper layers of connective tissue while cultivating an awareness of inner silence and a meditative state.
This class is designed for all levels and is a compliment to your power yoga practice.
