Valentine’s Day Yin Yoga

Saturday, February 10th, 2-4pm.

Come show yourself some love for body and soul. A passive practice, Yin Yoga focuses on longer held poses, mostly seated or reclined, to give the body time and space to open more deeply, accessing layers of connective tissue while cultivating an awareness of inner silence and a meditative state. Melissa will guide you through this two hour work shop and support you with gentle touch and essential oils. All are welcome.
