Arm Balances and Beyond

Saturday, March 3rd, 2-4pm with Kerin

Building poses from inner strength and connection with the core is essential. Learn to improve your arm balances and maybe even transition into something more by establishing a strong, stable foundation. You will be taught to work from the ground up utilizing key alignment principles and core awareness. When you work from the core, you will find the float.  Begin to let go of your fear and empower yourself. You have all that you need right there within!
 A consistent practice is suggested.
